Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This hands-on role requires physical labor and a solid working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and basic mechanical systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong work ethic who takes pride in maintaining safe, functional, and well-cared-for facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs involving carpentry, plumbing, and light mechanical work
Conduct regular inspections of buildings and systems to identify and resolve issues
Assist with renovation and improvement projects as needed
Maintain tools, supplies, and workspaces in clean, working order
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth facility operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in facility maintenance or skilled trades (carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects and materials
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Full-time schedule with some weekend or after-hours availability as needed
